Offers personal solutions to adults seeking to overcome addiction. ACT's counselors, therapists, nurses and support staff serve over 600 patients each week at two locations (ACT I and ACT II) in Philadelphia.

Vocational assessment and evaluation, individualized employment counseling, and more are offered to individuals with disabilities who are interested in obtaining employment.

Provides skills assessment, career exploration, and customized employment solutions. Participating individuals are matched with an employer with the goal of promoting independence in the world of work with assistance from job coaches and natural supports.
