Offers a full range of adult day services and a seniors’ program to provide social activities, social skills training, and community involvement to adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

Community Homes

Provides a home for two to six people with 24-hour support for individuals living with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Each home enhances the individual’s interests and abilities. An emphasis is placed on community involvement, stability, and maintaining important ties to families and loved ones.

Life Sharing through Family Living assists individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities who desire to live with the support of a loving and caring family or companion in the community.

Supported Independent Living and In-home Supports are two programs that provide support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in their own homes.  The emphasis is on empowering individuals to make choices, develop new abilities, and cultivate special talents in their homes and communities.

In-Home Supports: Fiscal and Payment Agent Services

Fiscal and Payment Agent Services provide personal assistance and administrative support to assist seniors, adults with physical disabilities, adults diagnosed with mental retardation, and their families.  In this model of care, the consumer is the employer of the person providing his or her own direct support.
