JEVS Human Services offers a wide range of services, including skills training and career management, vocational rehabilitation, recovery services, adult residential and day services, in-home personal assistance, and more for individuals living with physical disabilites.

Home Care

A private-pay, affordable registry service for adult residents of the Delaware Valley of any age who need assistance with personal care and/or homemaker services. The program matches professional home health aides with clients to help them maintain independence in their home.

Philadelphia Independence Network

A Strong Community of Friends

The Philadelphia Independence Network strives to empower young adults with disabilities so they can live independent and full lives. The goal of the Network is to create a co-ed community of young adults in their 20s with disabilities. Individuals in the program lead independent lives with support.

Supports for Independence

In-Home Supports: Attendant Care

Provides services to individuals with long-term physical disabilities who are in need of assistance with their personal care. The program enables individuals to live in their own homes, work, attend school, participate more fully in their communities, and maintain more comfortable, independent lives.

In-Home Supports: Fiscal and Payment Agent Services

Personal assistance and administrative support to assist seniors, adults with physical disabilities, adults diagnosed with mental retardation, and their families to select and pay for services that they design within their customized person-centered support plan.

In-Home Supports: Personal Assistance Services

Provides in-home personal assistance to eligible seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping. Seniors have the choice to hire their own assistants, including a friend or relative, to suit their needs or they can choose to have the assistant hired for them. Home Assessment and Modification

Assists eligible low-income, aging adults so that they can remain safe and secure in their own homes. Simple changes such as installing shower grab bars and removing tripping hazards can help eliminate the risk of injury and provide a safer and more secure environment.
