Stephanie Koch leads JEVS’ strategic and business development team. She guides the agency through strategic planning, program development, and partnership evolution to achieve both revenue generation and geographic growth. A dedicated social services executive, Stephanie prides herself in innovative program development by collaborating with non-profit, private, and governmental agencies to advocate for effective policy and link systems for positive, social impact.
Stephanie’s backgrounds in both business and social work are illuminated when leading strategic and business efforts at JEVS. She has a long history in workforce development and social services including her tenure at the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (now Philadelphia Works, Inc.) and the State of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare (now Department of Human Services). Stephanie is currently a Lead NJ Fellow, where she joins a highly select group of NJ leaders to learn about the cutting edge issues facing the state and ways in which solutions can be crafted and implemented for change and innovative solutions.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Social Administration & Planning from Temple University, and a Certificate in Executive Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Executive Member of the Atlantic County Workforce Development Board, sits on the Work in Progress Foundation Board, participates in Stockton University’s Criminal Justice Program as a member of the Advisory Board, and volunteers for the Atlantic City Arts Foundation and Philadelphia’s Career Wardrobe. In 2012, she was honored as one of Atlantic County’s Top 40 Under 40.
