JEVS Achievement through Counseling and Treatment (ACT), which are addiction recovery centers in two Philadelphia locations, celebrated the end of summer with their annual community picnic within the backdrop of their beautiful mural and a bit of rain.
Families of those in recovery joined community members and service providers for a day of food, music, and games alongside resource tents with information on changing lives through employment and education.
