With over 17 years of experience spanning private, public, nonprofit, and consulting sectors, Natalie Barndt currently serves as Chief of Staff at JEVS, playing a pivotal role as a strategic advisor to Cynthia F. Figueroa, President and CEO.
Her expertise lies in overseeing strategic project management efforts, collaborating with the JEVS Human Services Board of Directors and executives, and driving administrative and programmatic initiatives to support the organization’s long-term goals. Natalie’s career journey reflects a commitment to values-aligned work, including her previous work with governmental agencies and nonprofits focused on social and economic equity.
She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MA in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
