On June 21, 2016, JEVS Human Services honored employees for milestone anniversaries at our annual Employee Recognition Event. Awards and gifts were presented to staff celebrating an incredible 20, 25 and 30 years with us! (Interesting statistic: The average length of employement at JEVS is 10 years compared to a national retention average of about 4 years.)

This year’s event also recognized the recipients of JEVS’ 2016 Constance G. Beresin Quality Improvement Award, which honors a JEVS program advancing our organizational Core Principles of quality customer services and commitment to excellence. This year, our Work Ready team took home the grand prize! E3 Power Center City was the Runner-Up and Lifesharing received Honorable Mention. In addition, the Communications and Public Affairs Department received a Support Services Award for their redesign of the JEVS website. Congratulations to all of the winners!
