Philadelphia youth ages 16-24 who are out-of-school are encouraged to learn about E3 Power Center City, which provides tutoring, GED assistance, job-readiness training and so much more.
Our next orientation session takes place over 4 days starting October 28. Potential members must attend all four days to be considered for enrollment unless other arrangements are made in advance.
