Looking for a job can be frustrating. Did you know that your mindset is as important as your resume?
Not your typical career workshop, the Job Search Support Series is here to help you reinvigorate your job search. In four weeks, you’ll learn a process to alleviate some of the stress that comes with a job search – leaving you reenergized, confident and refocused to tackle the task of looking for employment. (And with a personal action plan to help you achieve that goal!)
In Part III, you’ll practice Self-Care. How do you maintain your own well-being during a job search? What are good ways to identify – and then mitigate – stress? You’ll put your own thoughts on trial, and learn to chart your own moods…and learn 50 great ways to take a break when you need one.
Registration required. You only need to register once to attend all four sessions.
