This workshop will help students, families, and community members learn about apprenticeships as a path to employment in different sectors (including health, IT, and the construction trades). We will explain how apprenticeships are a viable option for both parents and students graduating from high school and review the differences between apprenticeships and college programs, the apprenticeship opportunities that exist in the region, and the preparation needed for entering an apprenticeship program.
