It took two years of non-stop studying for Lance Dunn to make it to this point.

After dropping out of high school in the 11th grade, the 23-year old Philadelphia resident has passed the GED or high school equivalency test, is graduating and is on his way to college. He’s not alone – he and 38 E3 Power Center City classmates recently had their graduation ceremony chronicled by Voice of America, and they represent hundreds of thousands of Americans working toward their educational and career goals.
