As this summers’ Lasko College Prep Program nears the end, we take a glimpse at what our interns are up to at their placements. This JEVS program places high school students approaching their senior year into paid internships at non-profit organizations along with prepping them for college on the days they aren’t working.
Meet a few of our current students and learn more about their internship placements below!
Julia is a rising senior at Cab Calloway School of the Arts. Her internship placement is at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Mitzvah Food Program.
Tzipora (left) is a rising senior at Penn Foster and Lea (right) is a rising senior at Central High School. Their internship placement is at KleinLife.
Amit is a rising senior at Kohelet Yeshiva High School. His internship placement is at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Mitzvah Food Program, Northeast.
Melanie is a rising senior at George Washington High School. Her internship placement is at the Federation Early Learning Services, Paley location (FELS).
