Last night, JEVS Culinary Connections team, led by Chef Clive and Chef Shavon, provided some mouthwatering appetizers as part of the March of Dimes Pennsylvania’s Signature Chef’s Gala. The present Culinary Connections cohort is entering Week #7 of its ten-week training program, and judging by their tasty mini crab cakes with aioli sauce and jerk chicken, the program participants are ready for their internships to start!
