For the fourth year in a row, JEVS Human Services has been awarded the Inquirer.com Top Workplaces honor.

Top Workplaces, a list of the best places to work in the Delaware Valley, is based solely on employee feedback that is gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.  The anonymous survey measured several aspects of workplace culture.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the awards event has been postponed, and as such the specific rankings have not been revealed.

“This award is so meaningful because it is based entirely on employee feedback on our culture,” said Jay Spector, President and CEO. “JEVS would not be the organization that it is without each of the dedicated, compassionate individuals on our staff.  Our employees are passionate about the work that they do—for nearly 30,000 people each year—and that can be seen across all of JEVS. That desire to help one another is at the core of who we are and has created a workplace culture that supports both our employees and our clients in achieving their goals.”

JEVS is honored to once again make this year’s Top Workplaces list.
