Looking Forward
The journey home from incarceration can be lonely – but you don’t need to make it alone. We’re here to help with your immediate needs — and to help you meet your long-term goals.
We know that you may need a job now. We can help.
And we know that you want to think long-term and build the skills you need for long-term success. We can help.
We know that all of us are better than our worst mistake. We get that and we’ve got you.
Welcome home.
Meet James, Looking Forward Philadelphia participant
A veteran experiencing PTSD, James left prison needing support and career guidance. At Looking Forward, he found his passion for construction and quickly moved up to supervising his own work crew. James recently transitioned to a new employer with better pay and more stability. Things are definitely moving the in the right direction for James.

"Looking Forward gave me the direction and resources to find the career I wanted. I knew that it was going to take some time to find the perfect job for me. With the help of my job developer we were able to find a position which would get me started."
