It is graduation season (cue Pomp and Circumstance) and adults from all walks of life are heading into (or back into) the job market with newly minted credentials. While some are 21 year-olds with four-year undergraduate degrees, many more are young adults completing high school diplomas after a pause in their education. Still others are completing that post-secondary degree to get ahead on the job or make a start in a new career.
