On Episode 4 of Where Policy Meets People, we discuss the skills graduates needed to succeed in the labor market and the job prospects facing these newly minted graduates. H. Patrick Clancy of Philadelphia Works, Inc. talks stackable credentials and preparing for that pandemic-proof job and Leslie Ballway of Peirce College shares advice on job search and tells us why we all need to be life-long learners. Class of 2021 graduates Camille, Virgilio, Sam and Nicholas share their educational journeys, hopes and their next steps.
