
STRIVE Future Leaders offers skills training, paid work experience, and job placement opportunities to justice-involved young adults aged 18-24, helping to set them on a career path and become thriving adults and community members.

Eligibility
- 18-24 years of age on the date of enrollment
- Has never been convicted of a sex crime other than prostitution
- Currently involved or previously involved with the juvenile or adult justice system, which includes:
- Previously incarcerated
- Under supervision of the justice system, either in out-of-home placements, on probation, or on parole
- Under an alternative sentence by the justice system, or
- Under a diversion program as an alternative to prosecution
- Is currently residing in (or before confinement in a correctional facility resided in) the community to be served
