JEVS EduConnect program is launching a certificate course in January 2022 for those interested in preparing for a career in the ever growing health care field. The training course is for medical billing and coding, one of the fastest growing jobs in health care, with average salaries above $50,000 and jobs that can be done remotely anywhere in the U.S.
This opportunity is unique, as enrolled students will benefit from the support and guidance of an EduConnect program Success Coach, which assists in a variety of ways. Upon completion of the 10-week course, students can earn a certificate and take the national certification exam toward an industry credential that is attractive to health care employers.
In addition, with JEVS Human Services’ extensive connections to employers and hiring managers in this field—such as hospitals and medical centers—students will have a direct pipeline to employment options.
