As a mentor in the 3 Cups of Coffee® program, you will be helping a promising job-seeker who is looking to either get into or advance further in employment. Through three 1 hour meetings over a six month time period, you will provide them with invaluable insights and connections that can lead them to success in not only finding a job, but in becoming a strong contributor in the work force.
