JEVS Human Services has partnered with Unite Us to join Unite Pennsylvania, a local network working hand-in-hand with communities to ensure services are seamlessly delivered to the people who need them most. Unite Pennsylvania allows organizations to easily refer individuals to health and social services they need, through a secure, connected network of local providers.
Together, JEVS Looking Forward program and Unite Us have launched the Re-Unite Us campaign; this effort works to connect justice-involved individuals with the wealth of reentry service providers and stakeholders in the Philadelphia area. Re-Unite Us has brought together members of the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition and over 40 organizations to date. Organizations in the network connect individuals to agencies providing the services they need, supporting their journey to get back on their feet and find a pathway to success.
“Re-Unite Us is the ultimate collaboration. Reentry-related service providers can use Unite Us’ referral platform to make sure that individuals get access to the support services they need, not only to survive, but to thrive,” stated Jeffrey Abramowitz, Executive Director of Reentry Services for JEVS Human Services. Joining the network is at no cost for community-based organizations and many organizations that are considered part of the safety net, like community health centers, tribal clinics, and mental health centers.
