Community Collaborative
Adult Day Services
Community Collaborative is run as part of our JEVS Human Services Day Services and offers a full range of services, social activities, social skills training, community involvement, job readiness training, and employment opportunities to adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Services are provided in the community and, when appropriate, at two Philadelphia locations. Each individual is able to plan their day according to his or her own interests and needs. Our services emphasize activities that encourage participation and involvement in everyday life in the community.

- Recreational activities
- Trips to entertainment, sporting, and cultural events in Philadelphia region
- Social interaction, relationship building, and social/emotional adjustment
- Age-appropriate activities for seniors 55 or older
- Transportation provided for community activities
- Special Olympics
Eligibility
Must be age 21 or over with a developmental/intellectual disability.
Enrollment
Contact your local County/City representative with Mental Retardation Services of the City of Philadelphia for a referral.
Cost
There is no cost to those who are eligible.
