Lifesharing
Lifesharing allows individuals with intellectual disabilities to live with the support of a loving and caring family within the community. Individuals are encouraged to build relationships with new families while maintaining strong ties to his or her own family of origin.
Lemuel overcame a difficult childhood, finding an outlet in basketball - and Lifesharing. With the support he received from the JEVS team, he was able to transition from foster care to a new level of independence.

"Lifesharing allows me to be part of a family that loves me, without being treated differently."
Tennille, Lifesharing participant
