At JEVS, we are proud to serve the underserved—veterans, refugees and people with disabilities. We can help you maintain compliance with the federal contractor hiring standards for people with disabilities that were put into place in March of 2014.

Our programs include strategies for professionals, solutions for candidates over 55, opportunities for recent immigrants, and recovery programs for candidates with emotional, physical and learning disabilities.

Outplacement/Business Consulting…JEVS also provides a variety of customized consulting services. Our team of career counselors can provide outplacement services and other supports for organizations that want to help former employees transition to new jobs. Service include group or one-on-one counseling, job search advising, job search assistance, and workshops.

Our staffing business consulting affords businesses the opportunity to consider alternative pipelines for hiring talent. Our employment experts can work one-on-one with your human resources or talent acquisition management to institute hiring mechanisms, such as apprenticeships, for hard-to-fill positions or your other hiring needs.

Apprenticeships…As an apprenticeship intermediary, JEVS works collaboratively with employers to train, develop, and support their employees, leveraging federal, state and local resources available to apprentices and their employers. JEVS also provides skills training programs that include pre-apprenticeships and internships, with the goal of building individuals’ skills sets in order to move into opportunities in a variety of sectors, such as building trades, IT, health care, hospitality and manufacturing.

Train Your Team with JEVS

Customized Training…We offer specialized training in a variety of industries including health care, education, retail and building trades. Our customized programs are tailored to YOUR needs and will complement your learning goals.

We offer leadership coaching and mentoring across a spectrum of trades. We can also provide training on managerial behavior, customer service, relationship building and communication. We teach the importance of business etiquette, appropriate work behavior and diversity sensitivity.

Our building and construction trades skills training includes heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, maintenance, carpentry, electrical trades and plumbing.

Post-Secondary Education…Through a unique partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, JEVS can work with businesses offering tuition assistance programs to its employees. The JEVS+SNHU program is an accelerated, competency-based college degree program that assists individuals to obtain their associate or bachelor’s degrees by applying their workplace knowledge. This program is an ideal way for employers to help employees to develop new skills that align with rapidly changing business objectives, new positions within the company, and more.
