Meet Kelvin, a student success advisor for many years at JEVS’ career training school, Orleans Technical College. “What gives me the most joy is keeping people’s dreams alive.” Kelvin loves his job; it’s what gets him up in the morning. Kevin seeks to be a support system for his students who don’t have their own. He believes most people want to be successful and through Kelvin’s validation and motivation he provides his students, he believes his own students can reach that success.
