Financial Management Services

Financial Management Services (FMS) are provided to adults with long-term physical disabilities participating in Medicaid and state-funded programs to promote choice, independence and autonomy over one’s personal attendant care.

Services

  • Support of Fiscal/Employer Agent in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 3504
  • Financial Management Services including:
    • Capture and processing of time worked by Employee-Attendants and reported by Employer-Participants
    • Employee-Attendant payroll including wages and fulfillment of federal, state and local tax requirements
    • Employee-Attendant background checks
  • Support Brokerage Services including:
    • Orientation and Education
    • Enrollment and Monitoring
    • On-going assistance and support
