JEVS Care at Home is an affiliate agency of JEVS Human Services that provides exceptional, non-medical, in-home care to aging and disabled adults residing in the Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Allegheny counties in Pennsylvania.
Services
- Customized services and supports designed to each individual’s specific needs
- Whether you refer a family member or friend (must meet program requirements) or you prefer that we identify someone for you, we will provide you with a fully screened, qualified caregiver
- Help and assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and attending community events
- Making the bed and changing linens
- Laundry
- Respite Care
- Encouragement and assistance with light exercise
- Escort to doctors appointments
- Free in-home services assessment
- Environmental and safety assessments
- Wellness visits
- Music and memory program

Cost
Services are at no cost for individuals funded through the following Pennsylvania Medicaid waivers: Aging Waiver, Attendant Care Waiver, Act 150 Waiver, OBRA Waiver and Independence Waiver, Community Health Choices
