
Supported Independent Living allows adults with disabilities to live purposeful and stable lives in the comfort of their own homes. Staff are trained to explore and discover what is meaningful and important to each individual, leading to community engagement, connections and improved independence.
Services
- Up to 30 hours a week of customized services and supports designed for the individual
- Independent living skills training
- Community engagement support
- Assistance with medical appointments
- Building connections
- Assistance with choosing, acquiring and maintaining a job
Eligibility
- Individuals age 18 or older with an intellectual disability who receive funding through the Department of Intellectual disAbilities Services.
- Participants must require 30 hours or less of support each week

Cost
Rental cost is based on a review of the individual’s income including Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
