C2L-PHL is Philadelphia’s career-connected learning collaboration. It helps youth and young adults develop the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to enter the workforce, careers, and community life.
Paid summer and year-round work activities are available through C2L-PHL.
JEVS Human Services (JEVS) contracts with organizations across the city to provide paid work activities to Philadelphia residents ages 12-24

About
Program Types
- Service Learning: individual or group programming that fosters civic responsibility and applies learning through meaningful service to the community.
- Project-Based Learning: individual or group programming that requires youth to design, develop, and construct hands-on solutions to a problem or task.
- Internship: individual or group placement at an organization in order to gain work experience and build skills.

The application for C2L-PHL summer 2025 programming launched Tuesday, April 22.

The application closed Sunday, May 18.
- Programs will begin in late June to early July. Programs will run for a total of 120 hours over six or eight weeks.
