In the wake of COVID-19, when so many people across the U.S. are out of work, finding a job is harder than ever. With a wide range of workforce and job search assistance programs, JEVS is here to help!

JEVS Career Strategies and Helping Hands programs have devoted decades to helping people prepare themselves to reach their next level in employment through a variety of services, such as informational workshops and one-on-one support from our expert career advisors. Now, we can provide an expanded network of resources and advanced employment assistance to Career Strategies and Helping Hands clients in collaboration with the Project EM initiative.

Project EM is a new, nationwide network* of Jewish human service organizations that provide assistance, resources, and tools to assist a job seeker in finding work—from access to interactive workshops, technical skills training, financial literacy sessions, to résumé writing assistance, and personalized career coaching, as well as connections to local employers and more.  The goal is to ensure that no matter where someone is located or where they are on their career journey, they can rely on the partnership of JEVS Career Strategies and JEVS Helping Hands programs with the new Project EM to provide whatever help they require—free of charge.
