As part of its roll-out in Delaware, JEVS Care at Home is sponsoring DART First State (DART) paratransit buses in New Castle County.
These buses offer convenient and dependable transportation for Delawareans with disabilities and aging adults who are not well-served by regular route buses.
10 paratransit buses like the one in the photo above sport a JCAH banner ad announcing that JCAH’s trusted, quality home care is now available to Diamond Staters.
“We’re excited to take this opportunity to build awareness of JCAH and the high-quality care we provide while at the same time supporting a program that offers an essential service to members of the New Castle County Community,” said Judith Emmons, MPH, Senior Vice President, Home Care Services.
In January of 2026, JEVS Care at Home began offering services in Delaware to private pay clients (who self-pay for care). The program is now approved to work with qualified DE Medicaid recipients and eligible Veterans.
