Earn & Learn

Earn & Learn offers young people a unique opportunity to get paid to invest in their future. Operating in Dauphin and Lebanon counties, Earn & Learn is more than a job. The program is focused on preparing young people for their future careers. Participants will build skills, gain experience, grow their network, and get paid! Earn & Learn is operated by JEVS Human Services and sponsored by SCPa Works.

Opportunities

  • Up to 75 hours of paid work experience
  • Opportunities across a variety of industries
  • Participants can earn $13 an hour plus incentives and supportive services such as transportation support and assistance in preparing clearances and other necessary documentation

Eligibility

In order to apply to participate in Earn & Learn programming, applicants must be:

  • 14 to 18 years old
  • A resident of Dauphin County or Lebanon County
  • Eligible to participate in TANF Youth programs
