Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services at JEVS enable adults to live independently in their community and receive flexible, tailored supports.

Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (MPRS), part of JEVS Integrated Behavioral Health, enables adults with serious mental illness to live independently in their community and receive support to provide psychiatric stability, social competencies, skill building and personal adjustment. Services are flexible and tailored to each person’s unique desires and needs.


  • Individualized, tailored support
  • Health skill-building and wellness support that integrate the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of participants
  • Participation in community activities, volunteerism and events
  • Regular, thorough quarterly assessments by a psychiatrist and nurse-facilitated medication management
  • Customized participation and supports plan, which may include:
    • Tenant/landlord supportive services
    • Natural supports in the community
    • Independent living supports
    • Representative-payee support
    • Assisted technology support
    • Employer/employee support


Persons age 18 years or older, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, who exhibit moderate-to-severe functional impairment, who have demonstrated the ability to live independently and with support, and who reside in Philadelphia County

Referrals can be made from any source, including self-referrals; referrals for services can only be accepted by the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities Services


Free to those who qualify through the Department of Behavioral Health Security Income (SSI)
