Carol has over 15 years of experience in business development, finance, government relations, philanthropy, higher education, and economic/workforce development.
She previously served as the Vice President of Workforce and Economic Innovation for the Community College of Philadelphia’s (CCP). Carol’s background includes being a co-founder of Campus Philly and holding leadership roles in government, nonprofit, and higher education. She is currently Secretary of Philadelphia250 and a board member of the Center City Business Association and the Philadelphia Life Sciences Advisory Board.
Carol holds a master’s in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
