
Clara Thompson oversees JEVS Community Living and Home Supports programs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as Fiscal Management Services in Delaware. These JEVS programs help individuals with disabilities attain personal goals, maximize independence, and live a full life in the community.
With over 30 years of experience in the consumer-directed services field, Clara’s career has focused on improving the quality of everyday life for individuals and putting their personal gifts to use. She is known for being a problem solver, financial forecasting, change management, and employee development.
Part of the leadership team at JEVS Human Services, Thompson leads JEVS Community Living and Home Supports programs to achieve their main goals: providing quality customer service, improving the quality of everyday life for individuals, and assisting them to become more independent, contributing members of society. Thompson has led the development of several new innovative programs as well as the acquisition of programs exited from other service provider organizations.
Clara holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Messiah College. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Services Certification from Villanova University.
