Mary Horstmann brings over 20 years of diverse leadership experience to her role as JEVS Deputy Chief Program Officer. Mary’s background spans philanthropy, community organizing, and grassroots leadership development. In her previous role as Deputy Managing Director for Health & Human Services in Philadelphia, she oversaw public health, behavioral health, intellectual disability services, homeless services, and community empowerment. She also served as the Senior Director of Policy & Strategic Initiatives, supporting policy priorities, public services, and operational goals. She holds a degree from Wellesley College.
