Damaris Feliciano is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in nonprofit and public sector leadership, specializing in operations, facilities, real estate, and strategic planning.
At JEVS Human Services, Damaris leads Facilities, Real Estate, and Fleet Operations, managing 63 properties totaling nearly 293,000 square feet. She has driven major capital improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
Prior to joining JEVS, Damaris served in the City of Philadelphia’s Managing Director’s Office, where she led community services and strategic initiatives, building cross-sector partnerships and supporting major efforts such as the Philadelphia Resilience Project.
Earlier in her career, she held nonprofit leadership roles overseeing capital projects, facilities, operations, technology, and communications. She holds a BBA and MBA from Arcadia University.
