Katie Brooks, MSW, brings more than 20 years of experience strengthening home‑based and community‑based services. She previously served as Senior Director in the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Children and Families Prevention Division.
As Senior Vice President of Home Care, Katie leads multistate programs that support individuals living independently with dignity and choice. She oversees strategic planning, quality, compliance, and performance improvement across JEVS Care at Home and JHS Financial Management Services.
Katie holds an MSW from Rutgers University and a BSW from La Salle University.
